São Julião Surf House is the only accommodation available for adults in the vicinity of the beach (200 m).
It is currently configured for 16 visitors but the Surf House hosting capacity can be doubled on special occasions such as surf competitions.
It is composed of 5 flats, all air-conditioned and fully furnished for 4 season purpose.
Bedrooms are for 2 people and may be furnished for couples.
If you are on your own you may request to share your room with a person of the same sex.
If we are not fully booked you may have a room of your own for the same price .
2 spacious apartments offer extra lounge accommodation with convertible sofas, t.v & dvd players.
One lounge has an ocean view, the other one a private patio with a peach tree.
